Ten monthly athletes = $147.50 a month, for as long as they stay inside your 12-month window.
Tell us where you show up: your channels, your audience, your plan. A real person reviews every application.
Approved partners get custom Recruitly links. Drop them in a bio, a story, a newsletter, a team chat.
Anyone who clicks is yours for 90 days. When they become a paying athlete, the commission is yours, on that payment and every renewal for 12 months.
Commissions clear 30 days after each payment, then get paid out by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
25% of every payment your referred athletes make in their first 12 months. An athlete on the $59/mo plan earns you $14.75 every month they stay. Send ten of them and that is $147.50 a month. A yearly athlete ($228) earns you $57 in one hit.
Your links carry a 90-day last-click window. Click your link, sign up any time in the next 90 days, and the referral is yours, even if they join the waitlist first and claim their invite on a different device.
Each commission clears 30 days after the payment behind it (that covers the card-dispute window), then gets paid by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. US partners complete a W-9 before their first payout.
Creators, trainers, club staff, recruiting communities, team parents with reach: anyone with a real audience of youth soccer players and families. We review by hand and approve people we would trust in front of our own athletes.
No. Self-referrals never earn, and gaming the tracking is the fastest way out of the program.
Counts, dates, statuses, and your earnings. Never names or emails. Most referred athletes are minors, and their privacy outranks everything, so partner dashboards are anonymous by design.
Yes. FTC rules require a clear disclosure when you promote for a commission (#ad or a plain sentence works). It is in the agreement, and it protects you as much as us.

Recruitly Partner Agreement
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Soderman Marketing LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Recruitly ("Recruitly", "we", "us"), and you, the person applying to the Recruitly Partner Program ("Partner", "you"). Submitting the application with the agreement box checked is how you sign it, and we record the moment and the version you accepted.
2. Getting in
We review every application by hand and approve or decline at our discretion. You get access to your partner dashboard and your share links only after approval. We may ask follow-up questions before deciding.
3. Your links and how tracking works
Approved partners get custom Recruitly share links. When someone clicks your link, we attribute them to you for 90 days on a last-click basis: if they click another partner's link after yours, the most recent click wins.
Our tracking system is the system of record. We work hard to attribute fairly, but numbers in your dashboard are determined by our records and are final.
4. What you earn
Your default commission is 25% of every payment a referred athlete makes to Recruitly during their first 12 months as a paying customer, counted from their first payment. That covers the first payment and every renewal inside the window, on monthly and yearly plans alike.
Rates and durations are set per partner. We can change your rate or window going forward with notice to you; changes never apply to commissions you have already earned.
5. What does not earn
Your own subscription, or accounts you control, do not earn commission. Payments that are refunded, reversed, or disputed do not earn, and a commission already credited for such a payment can be voided. Zero-dollar invoices (for example a 100% promo) earn nothing. Referrals produced by spam, fake accounts, misleading claims, or any breach of this agreement earn nothing and can end your participation.
6. Getting paid
Each commission clears 30 days after the payment that produced it, to cover the payment-dispute window. We pay cleared balances by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
If you are a US person, we need a completed W-9 from you before your first payout, and if we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year we will issue you a 1099-NEC. You are responsible for your own taxes.
7. Rules of the road
Disclose the relationship. When you promote Recruitly for a commission, FTC rules require a clear disclosure (for example #ad or a plain sentence that you are a paid partner). That obligation is yours.
No spam. Don't send bulk unsolicited email or texts about Recruitly. Whatever channel you use, follow its rules and the law.
No false promises. Recruitly helps athletes reach coaches. Never promise roster spots, scholarships, offers, or responses from any coach or school.
Don't impersonate us. No accounts, pages, or domains that present themselves as official Recruitly properties, and no bidding on Recruitly brand terms in paid search.
Keep it appropriate. Our audience is youth athletes and their families. Promote Recruitly only in places and ways appropriate for that audience.
8. Referred users and their privacy
Many referred users are minors. Your dashboard shows your referral activity in aggregate (counts, dates, statuses, earnings) and never shows names, emails, or other identifying details, and you agree not to attempt to identify referred users. Any referral data you can see is confidential: use it only to track your own earnings.
9. Our relationship
You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and you cannot make commitments on Recruitly's behalf.
10. Ending it
Either of us can end participation at any time, for any reason. When it ends, earned commissions that clear their 30-day window still get paid; new accrual stops. We can withhold or void commissions produced by a breach of this agreement.
11. Changes
We can update this agreement. If a change is material we will notify you, and continuing in the program after that notice is acceptance. The version you accepted, and when, stays on record.
12. The fine print
The program is provided as-is, and we make no guarantee of earnings. To the extent the law allows, Recruitly's total liability under this agreement is capped at the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim. This agreement is governed by Arizona law.
